Personal Counseling

Personal Counseling helps you understand the nature of problems and on how to deal with these problems to achieve a better mental health.

Since humans are social beings with attachment needs, they need a company through their lives. Need for attachment begins in the womb of the mother and attachment figures changes throughout life first starting with parents, later with friends and with romantic partners.

Personal Counseling is an inner discovery journey. In this journey, the need for an accompanying specialist is very understandable. As we continue our daily life, suppressed emotions, bleeding affective wounds and unsettled situations may develop and surface. An individual may feel lonely, desperate, inadequate, unskillful, invaluable, unloved, sad, shy, angry, guilty, sinful. Sometimes they cannot fight with their sorrow, loss and sometimes have hard times while making a new decision. Sometimes they know what is right, however, they cannot implement… So, what should be done at those moments?

Personal counseling, which we need in every area of life, from causal issues to serious psychological disorders, is a very special and intimate process. It makes it possible to work on issues such as social problems, child and family problems, marriage-relationship and sexual problems, phobias, anxiety disorders, stress and traumas.

Personal Counseling Service kapsamında başvuran kişi ile sorunu birebir çalışılır. İnsanlar psikoterapiye genellikle başkalarını değiştirmek için gelse de değiştirebilecekleri yalnızca kendileridir.
